As a restaurant inn where the owner himself cooks, we offer dishes that use carefully selected seasonal ingredients and are carefully crafted with a touch of creativity.

      ■Tenzan(Tenzan)
      This is a honjozo sake made from From Saga Prefecture Reihou rice and groundwater from Tenzan mountain range.
      This sake has a mild aroma and a smooth, refreshing taste, but also allows you to fully experience the flavor of rice.

      ■Azumaichi(Azumaichi)
      This sake is made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice, polished to just 64% without being overly polished, making the most of the rice's flavor.
    • Local sake(Shouchu (distilled spirit))
      ■Makai he no Sasoi
      This authentic potato shochu has the distinctive aroma of black koji, but also a mellow taste when you put it in your mouth.

      ■Maikokochi
      The raw materials used are barley from From Saga, and yellow koji for ginjo sake is used to increase the koji ratio.
      This is a high-quality barley shochu made in a sake brewery, produced through long-term, low-temperature fermentation.
      It has a fragrant taste and a slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of ginjo, setting it apart from ordinary barley shochu.

      Simmering tofu in Ureshino's hot spring water makes it into soft and creamy tofu.
      The hot spring ingredients break down the protein in the tofu, making it melt in your mouth.
      This exquisite hot spring tofu is completed.
