The "Hizen Province Fudoki (ancient provincial gazetteer)" (713 AD) states, "There is a hot spring on the eastern side that is effective in healing people's illnesses."
Ureshino Onsen flourished as a post town on Nagasaki Kaido during Edo Period.

The slimy water that is unique to Ureshino is a sodium bicarbonate spring that contains a lot of sodium.
It smoothes keratinized skin and emulsifies and washes away sebum and secretions.
After taking a bath, your skin will feel silky smooth, as if you have peeled off a layer of skin.

Hot Springs Information

"Relax in the large public bath, the private family bath, or the bath in your room."
In addition to the large public bath, we also have an open-air bath and an indoor private family bath where you can relax with your family, friends, or significant other.
There are rooms with open-air baths and indoor baths, each with their own unique features, so you can enjoy the skin-beautifying hot springs to your heart's content.

  • Large Communal Bath

    Large Communal Bath(Men's Bath)
    The large indoor baths for both men and women allow groups of guests to stretch out their limbs to their heart's content.
    You can enjoy the slimy water that is unique to Ureshino.
    There is a baby bed in the women's bath changing room, so even those with small children can use the bath without worry.
    There are also vending machines for cold drinks in the lobby.

    		There are no towels in the large public bath, so please bring your own from your room.

  • Private family bath

    Open-air bath "Kirari"
    The open-air bath and indoor private family bath are available by reservation.
    Please come and relax with your family, friends, or significant other.

    At night, you can relax in the open-air bath "Kirari while gazing at the stars.
    It's a great place to see cherry blossoms in spring.

    The indoor bath "Nagomi" is a place where you can relax even on cold or rainy days.
    This is a recommended bath where you can fully experience the slimy spring water that is unique to Ureshino Onsen.

    Some rooms also have a private sauna.
    Enjoy the open-air baths and indoor baths, each with its own unique features.
    Please enjoy the skin-beautifying hot springs to your heart's content.

    We may refuse your request when it is crowded.

    *A private family bath is also available for an additional 2,000 yen per group.
    Reservations are required on the day, so please inquire at the front desk about availability.
